Chemistry professor awarded prestigious Steenbock Professorship

Shannon Stahl

University of Wisconsin–Madison Professor of Chemistry Shannon Stahl has received the Steenbock Professorship in Chemical Sciences. Stahl is also an affiliate of the Wisconsin Energy Institute.

In addition to advancing fundamental science, Shannon Stahl has been involved in numerous industrial collaborations that have led to practical applications and has been recognized nationally for his contributions to “green chemistry.”
